By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold Havoc Research and its affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising out of your handling, possession, and/or use of the product, whether used alone or in combination with other substances. If there is evidence of intended misuse, the company reserves the right to deny any sale.

Intended Use of Products

Legal & Compliance

By purchasing from Havoc Research, you acknowledge:

  • The company is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or rejections.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is suspicion of misuse.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
  • Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Product Quality Guarantee

Customers may have products tested at an HPLC licensed testing facility. If results are negative, Havoc Research will refund:

  • Cost of the HPLC test
  • Full order value + shipping

Affiliate Program Terms

  • Affiliates must follow all program rules.
  • Using brand keywords such as “Havoc Research” in paid ads or SEO targeting is prohibited.
  • Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
  • Discount code websites are not permitted.
